In my opinion, democracy works best when neighbors get together to engage with ideas, and talk about what they want to see in the world. Back in 2013, I hosted a group I called “Local Politics Support Group”. I invited neighbors and friends, and also local politicians, so that we could all be informed and let our opinions be known.

It is my hope that my campaign leaves a “trail of construction” in its wake. I hope to find people who want to host a campaign event in their neighborhood, where we can talk about the issues facing the city. It is my further hope to persuade these neighbors to continue meeting, even after the election – no matter what the outcome.

If you would like to host an event like this in your neighborhood, email me. Even if you don’t want to commit to doing these events regularly, I would still like to meet you and your neighbors at least once, and hear what you all have to say.

Here are the events we currently have planned.
